"Kji-Wikuom" means "Great Wigwam" in Mi'kmaw.

The largest wigwam was a gathering place where stories would be shared across generations.

Language Preservation

Preservation of the Mi'kmaw Language is why we built our studio.

Our goal is to develop content in a range of formats, capturing our language so it can be shared for generations.

Stories, music, podcasts, interviews, and more.

Mi'kmaw culture is based in rich oral tradition. Stories have been used by the Mi'kmaq to teach, to share history, to entertain, and to inspire.

The Great Wigwam is where these stories were traditionally told, and it's why our studio bears its name.

Let us help make your vision a reality.
